The apartment, approximately 50 square meters (540 sq ft), has been recently renovated with a contemporary style and attention to detail. It comprises an entrance hall with a living room and sofa bed, a basic yet functional kitchenette, a spacious king-size bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. The property also includes a lovely private courtyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

It can comfortably accommodate two people in the double bed and up to four guests thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, as well as independent heating and air conditioning for maximum comfort in any season.

For long stays of up to 7 days (or a full week), utilities are not included and will be calculated separately: electricity €1, gas €1.80, water €3.90, and internet €25. An extra cleaning fee of €70 applies for long stays (up to 15 days).

The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon check-in.
