Everything was great but the room did get pretty hot and thermometer did not really work. Amenities great but just room temperature was challenging.

Orto De Medici Hotel
The hotel is very cozy and welcoming, excellent location, easily walkable to Florence’s main attraction. Good breakfast. Our garden room level very spacious with a walk in closet, bathroom with bidet, heated towel racks, and a large counter. Staff friendly and always attentive.
