Stunning hotel and maintained to a spotless standard. Bit of a trek to the centre and parking not cheap but good services just outside (tram, bus) - just takes some working out. We probably didn't need to go for the suite considering the time of year (Sauna and jacuzzi not overly used after stomping streets in near 40deg heat!). Breakfast good and staff super friendly/informative.

The room was exceptionally clean, including the floor (white napkin test). The staff was super friendly, and the check-in.check out quick. The breakfast is simple, yet with there was a good choice of all you can eat items: toast with a choice of cold ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, salame, ect, mini-pancakes. They also offer freshly-baked croissant fillable with assorted jam, creams etc, cakes, etc. Plus, fresh squeezed orange juice, and other juices, and all type of coffees. The hotel was well located (close to the Uffizi Galley) and the Arno river (Ponte Vecchio).

"I booked this place specifically for the pool & it was such a good idea! It is a short walk into the main attractions, and there is a tram stop right out front which will take you in or to the airport. As someone who finds public transport stressful I found it so easy. The walk is also nice for seeing ..."
