"We arrive before 12 and they let us check right in ( check-in at 3:00) right before the rain started. The staff was super nice. Less than 10 minute walk from train station. The view from the room was amazing. The AC was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. You can throw the windows open and watch people at one of the historic churches. The only negatives are minor-There was some noise from outside due to the old town location and there is limited clothing storage."

"Our 3 night stay was pleasant and comfortable. We arrived in the late morning and were greeted by friendly staff that offered to store our luggage until our room was ready for check in which allowed us to explore the sites of Florence until we returned to the hotel later in the afternoon. And when we returned our luggage was waiting for us in our room. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of the train station and Piazza del Duomo and many excellent restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and quiet. The optional breakfast for an additional charge had a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"

"The entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. This hotel is to the image of Florence: beautiful and steeped in history. All staff were professional, competent and very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and the all-linen sheets? Dreamy. The breakfast was delicious and suited all tastes. We could not have asked for a better location to explore all that Florence has to offer."
