Located right in front of lush gardens with exquisite views of the cruise liner terminal, this home is just a quick walk to Malta's capital city, Valletta.



The Space:

As you step into our holiday home, you'll be greeted by a grand entrance. To your left, the door opens into a spacious living room with high ceilings, adorned with a selection of traditional Maltese furniture pieces, creating a truly unique and welcoming vibe.



The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Additionally, there's a delightful outdoor space perfect for relaxation. Downstairs, you'll find another single bedroom, extra bedding options (available to be set up upon request) and a really charming games room with a table tennis setup, ensuring endless fun. With another bathroom downstairs, this holiday home is a true champion, offering everything you need for a memorable stay.



The majority of the art we’ve selected for this holiday home is crafted by a very talented local artist, whose low-key presence adds to the allure of her in-demand pieces. As a co-owner of this residence, her artwork infuses the space with a vibrant cultural and artistic vibe.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire holiday home including the outdoor space and the private games room located in lower level of the property. The property has a spiral staircase between the two main floors.

Situated just a few minutes' walk away from Malta's capital city, Valletta, it resides in a charming residential area that offers tranquility while being conveniently close to a huge selection of eateries, museums, and cultural attractions. Additionally, it's within easy reach of the Valletta Waterfront, Malta's main cruise liner terminal, known for its picturesque setting. Floriana, with its exceptional blend of residential calm and vibrant nearby attractions, provides travelers with the perfect opportunity to savor the best of both worlds.



There's a ton of history in the same area as this holiday home. The Wignacourt Water Tower, the Neo-Gothic Wesleyan Church - now Sir Robert Sammut Hall, the Lion Fountain (1728) - which served as the only water supply for the inhabitants of Floriana for a time - and so much more. Floriana is further beautified by its large number of gardens. We recommend a visit to the Sa Maison Gardens, the Argotti Gardens, and the Garden of Rest, all of which also offer different views of Marsamxett Harbour - picture perfect is what our travellers say.



Getting Around:

The island’s compact size makes exploring charming towns and stunning coastal views easy, while ferry services connect you to nearby islands like Gozo and Comino. You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions. Final Tips - The direct access (5 min) to Valletta and to Sliema/St Julians by ferry is one of the most popular features of this holiday home. - Wear sunscreen and carry plenty of water - especially if you visit in Summer. - Much of the village is wheelchair accessible, but check with our Guest Experience Team if you have any questions - If you plan to visit a church, cover your shoulders and remove any hats out of respect.
