Localização e casa boa

Gostei da estadia, a casa é bem completa, ar condicionado e chuveiros bons, apenas avisar que as tomadas são 220v, sou de sp e levei secador 110 nao usei rs.

Tudo o necessário

O imóvel é compacto, mas tem tudo o que se precisa. O proprietário e a imobiliária nos atenderam cortesia e gentileza. Diferentemente de muitos imóveis, quando chegamos estava preparado para quem chega de viagem: sabonetes, papel higiênico, detergente... Tudo de boa qualidade. O imóvel é limpo, bem cuidado, e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. Lençóis e toalhas são organizados no ropeiro para que você encontre tudo rapidamente (feito pela Rosa Maria). A decoração é singela, mas de bom gosto. O mar fica a poucos metros e, ainda, há farmácia e mercadinhos aos que você pode ir a pé. Neste tempo de pandemia, foi importante que uma casa é bastante afastada da outra, e há espaço para dois carros ou mais. Se vê que o proprietário, seu Frederico (que já entrou em contato antecipadamente) é daqueles proprietários que investe no imóvel, para que você volte. E voltaremos.

CASA VERDE É NOTA 10

Em 2011 vim com minha família pela 1a. vez e gostamos tanto que voltamos agora. O imóvel é exatamente como descrito, muito limpo, cozinha com utensílios e churrasqueira. Os quartos são amplos, com ar condicionado e farta roupa de cama e toalhas de banho. O dono do imóvel é muito atencioso, o que facilitou a estadia. A localização da casa é excelente, próximo da orla e do Centro comercial dos Ingleses, o que nos permitia o deslocamento a pé. Super recomendo e espero não demorar tanto a voltar!!! Obrigada pela estadia Sr. Frederico!!!

A propriedade é muito confortável e tranquila, com os quartos no último andar, portões automáticos e espaço para o carro. Muito bem equipado, limpo e com elementos para a praia. É nosso quarto ano de aluguel com o proprietário Frederico, sempre muito atento e confiável. Eu recomendo!

O lugar é perfeito, a casa tem tudo que necessita., é próximo da praia, de supermercado e do centrinho de Ingleses. O lugar é traquilo e seu Frederico é muito atencioso. Foi a segunda vez que fiquei no vila verão e com certeza voltarei outras vezes.

es la tercera vez que vamos de vacaciones a Viila Verao, siempre somos muy bien atendidos por el Sr.Frederico, las casas son muy lindas y tienen todo para pasar muy bien las vacaciones, cerca de la playa (50 metros) y cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Vamos a volver a Ingleses y a casa Verde de Villa Verao.

A casa azul é absolutamente como descrita no site: ótima localização ( próximo à Praia dos Ingleses e do centrinho), segura (portões elétricos), garagem para 2 carros, WiFi excelente. O senhor Frederico foi bastante solícito, bem como Neiva e Patrick. Éramos seis pessoas e ficamos bem acomodados. Com certeza retornaremos.

Tudo ótimo!

Tudo perfeito, do jeito que está anunciado. Ao lado da praia, perto do centro da praia dos ingleses, casa confortável com utensílios de cozinha e tudo mais. Supermercado próximo ao local, próximo a vários restaurantes, bares, comércio e sorveteria. Local muito bom para quem tem crianças. Recomendo!
