Room - the bed was comfy and fresh towels were provided every day. You have to pay extra for a balcony (I would definitely recommend this). However, the curtains are not very thick and the outside lights are kept on all night making it very tricky to fall asleep. Also the elevator takes forever to come, there were often long queues for it during peak times (e.g. after breakfast).
Food - limited options for special dietaries (e.g. lactose intolerant).
Pool - there are two pools with the rooftop one being heated. Towels were provided but you then had to pay €2 if you wanted a fresh one.

There was no air conditioning allowed in our room and most of the hotel and there was maintenance work going on around the hotel we were not informed about prior to our stay.
