The hotel was lovely, food great, pool area and rooms great.
But, food and drinks were on the expensive side, no kettle to make drinks, not even water in room daily, that is my only criticism though.

-Really good location, 10 min walk into the main square in Elche.
-under 30 mins to the airport
-20/25 mins to the beach.
Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty. Rooms are spacious, but walls are thin, we could hear everything from the next room and corridor.
Highlight is the food. Half board is fully recommend. High quality meals in a lovely restaurant.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

"First night I was placed into a room that was older, poorly laid out, impossibly small shower. Certainly not the executive suite I booked, pictures not even close. Room door lock broken, had to get that fixed. No garbage can in the bathroom. No towels in one of the bathrooms. Complained, second night ..."
