Location was everything, right across the street from the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to Bridge street for coffee, restaurants, shopping etc. appreciate that all the beach equipment you need is provided- chairs, umbrella, toys. The apt was great for 1 or 2 people, shower is a bit small, but workable. Light sleepers beware, the walls are thin, so you’ll hear your upstairs neighbors. Lynn was a great host, very responsive and helpful! We hope to visit again!"

"Centrally located; perfect location if you want to be by the action. We rented golf cart; realistically not needed. Everything is walking distance. House exactly like shown in pics. Only one small issue, musty odor; which I know is expected. Otherwise don’t hesitate booking this location. Parking limited. Agi Agens"

"Couple of issues when we first got there, but once the host found out about it, she resolved it very quickly and was very responsive. Great location this time of year the traffic to get on the beach was horrendous so you have to plan accordingly to beat the traffic overall great little place close to the beach beaches and for the price absolutely worth it! We hope to be back soon. "
