"The front desk staff acted like it was incredibly inconvenient that I was there. (It was late) The room was dirty and had no shower curtain. The pool was empty and closed off with no sign about construction. The free breakfast at 9:00 only had dry cereal (no milk) and a banana. I’m not sure when the “exceptional” reviews were done but it couldn’t have been anytime recently. If I wasn’t so tired, I would have gone elsewhere"

"This was a really pleasant surprise - my wife's first comment was how clean the hotel was. It had all the amenities you could need and every member of the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and contained everything you needed for a one night or multiple night stay. We didn't eat the breakfast as we had to leave but coffee was good. We will definitely be using this brand in the future"

"This hotel is right off I75. You have fastfood restaurants right near by and Waffle House to get quick meals. I have enjoyed my stay here several times and each time it looks betterr than before the last trip. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good but they could have had a pitcher of ice cold water in the room, not all of us likes coffee and juice. Also put a small bowl of butter by the waffles so it is soft and melts better than ice cold, hard butter."

"The staff prioritizes poorly behaved, noisy regulars over other guests. Employee ‘Chelsea’ is incredibly rude, invasive, and unprofessional. I’d be delighted to speak with a district manager or regional representative to discuss specific comments and actions made by this individual. My room was not clean. The floor was overwhelmingly sticky and the hairs of a past guest dominated the bathtub. This property appears to be going downhill rapidly. I will not be staying again and Chelsea’s biased relationship with regulars should be evaluated along with her lack of professionalism."

"Traveling with 3 children ages 3 and under, our stay was great. The staff was great, vending machines didn't give us any issues. Breakfast was a little more than basic. Our room was very clean and close to dining & shopping. Small, but very clean and clear pool. We felt safe with Parking as we were in and out, alone mostly all night. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to stay again soon!! "
