"Beautiful hotel in the heart of city center. If you’ve packed heavy (our trip was 30 days and included a stay in the artic so we had several large, heavy bags) beware there are steps going in. One suite option (the best one), required additional steps as well, so we settled on the remaining Jr Suite. Very, very dark (windows only halfway up) and lighting is so very poor. Spacious rooms (suite included living room and separate bedroom). Very uncomfortable chaise & chair; inadequate storage for longer stays. On the plus side, roomy bathroom, bed comfortable enough. Make sure your electronics are dual voltage. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, gorgeous restaurant. "

"The layout with two sections to the building on opposite sides of the road was a bit odd. No kettle in the room for tea but facilities on ground floor. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and good presentation."
