"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Staff helped us with whatever was needed. The hotel is well cared for & inviting. The staff at the marketplace were not very accommodating & prices were super high for what was purchased. The room was great & the housekeeping staff provided many things we needed. However, after two of the 4 night stay, we didn’t receive a room cleaning or weren’t asked about it. Weird. The location is exceptional & made traveling the city very convenient. "

"Room was clean, staff was attentive and kind, housekeeping came quick. The only issue we had was the elevator. Took a very long time to get to our floor and when we were on it it would open on random floors and no one was there. "

"Excellent location just steps from Times Square, with easy access to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away enough to escape the noise. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for resting after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of Times Square without the chaos!"

"The hotel rooms were clean, but old and had very less accessories or features. Not much of facilities, only mark goes to the staff who were nice and 100% location. It on the Time Square which is like 2 mins walk. Full marks just for the location."
