2/10 Terrible

"Absolutely horrendous! Do not stay here! We were supposed to stay four nights and didn't even want to stay one. Checked out by 8am the next day. Carpet was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. It felt like the bathtub was going to fall through the floor...it was actually spongy. The ceiling in the shower was full of water damage, and the tiles bowed, like they were about to collapse. My parents stayed next door they had no toilet paper, and they woke up to a cockroach on the floor!"

"Nice and clean. Staff got us in before check-in. Breakfast was meh...no better or worse than your standard continental breakfast. (Good sausage...but no waffles! They had pancake maker instead.) The shower in our room was OUTSTANDING. Good water pressure, easy to control, nice fixtures... We will stay there again if in Spring Hill."

"We stayed there a year ago and chose to stay again. I'm not sure what happened in just a year but it really went down hill. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Needed to be moved to a different room because of bugs in the room. The second room was bug free but food had been left in the refrigerator and microwave needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was poorly stocked. The breakfast was less than an average hotel breakfast. We don't need much in a hotel as we were traveling for work. Just a clean place to sleep and shower. Was overall pretty disappointed."

"We came to stay 2 night for a softball tournament. Upon arriving our door and many others looked to have patched up holes all over door. Looked like bullet holes. When we entered, it had a very musty smell. The room looked good when we entered, but quickly found out a few things. Freezer in frig was completely frozen over and nothing could be put in it. It was clean otherwise. Beds were clean, but round dinette table had crumbs on it. The tile floor was filthy and sticky in several spots. They had gotten rid of continental breakfast and only had coffee in lobby. Oh, and no coffee maker in room. They did have a microwave and of course the frozen over frig. The first white guy that checked us in was very nice, but the Indian guy that checked us out was not very friendly. There was also a light missing above sink, which left 1 light. It was loud a few times with arguing in rooms next to us, and right outside our door since that's where ash tray was."
