2/10 Terrible

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. Since I couldn’t sleep I was watching TV in living room area and it went solid black. It didn’t have sound or picture. Ask the front desk for a fan to try to sleep but they didn’t have any. The place was way too expensive to have these kinds of issues and no concern from the staff."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Had medical emergency and refused to help me with transferring reservation to someone else or offering any sort of refund or credit. Refused to let me speak to a manager after requesting one multiple times. Said they would honor whatever Expedia agreed to and when Expedia called, they refused to do what they said they would do. I have this in writing! I’ve never dealt with some incompetent and I compassionate people on my life. I’ll be disputing charge with my credit card. Will NEVER book a Kasa property again. Oh and the welcome letter from the “manager” is from a guy who was laid off weeks ago according to his LinkedIn. I could go on but I won’t."

"We recently stayed 2 nights here for our daughter’s 12th birthday/CMA fest trip, and we were beyond happy with our stay. The lounge access was a huge perk for us allowing for quick access to snacks and water throughout the day. We also loved being within walking distance to all the action!"
