"Beautiful townhouse in a very safe location. Owners left fruit, wine and chocolate. Hosts were responsive to questions and townhouse was very clean and quiet. The bedroom on the first floor is significantly smaller than the others but all we did was sleep there so it was fine. The only issue we had was that the turn to get to the garage was very tight for my husbands large truck. We ended up just parking in the driveway area to avoid the hassle of getting in and out of"

"This is a beautiful and very clean home. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. There is a great living room area and even a nice sitting area outside. It is a short walk to Broadway and other places in Nashville. The owner, Rob, was such a pleasure to deal with and gave us great suggestions on places to go visit or eat. I stayed at the house with four other ladies and we had a great experience. We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in Nashville."
