"Very dusty, hard to breathe because of the dust. All the rugs throughout were very stained, and sticky. I don’t recommend walking around barefoot."

"Had a good stay here. Staff was nice and the place was clean. Room was a good size and clean. One of the beds creaked terribly. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear and not as bright inside as the pictures shows. The decor is kitsch, but otherwise worked out well for my needs. Just a few blocks from shops, restaurants, memorable attractions and downtown. Breakfast had many options. Couple dings. There’s no shade at the pool and isn’t heated so it was quite cold and very visible to folks on the sidewalk. The hotels location is just on the outskirts of the nicer areas around it, so you do feel like you’re off the beaten path."

"This house is amazing! Garage on first level, easy access parking and secure. One room ground level, another room, kitchen and living room on second level. 2 bedrooms on third level and amazing rooftop on the fourth level. Four king beds with each having its own bathroom. Huge closets for luggage. Very clean and easy short drive to Broadway. Beds were very comfortable and no street noise. Hosts were very to work with and communicated often. Will stay here again!!!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The place was very clean, the location was excellent, and the beds were quite comfortable. We also appreciated that each level had its own thermostat, which made it easy to manage the temperature.One small thing we noticed was that there were no coffee or Keurig cups available during our stay."

"We met here from multiple states for a "girls/cousions" weekend. The house is impeccable! Clean as a pen! Very well stocked! Location was perfect! We could literally walk to anything. The neighborhood was very safe. I have to say the highlight of our trip was the Casa Concert. An entire concert in our own livingroom! Heidi Newfield and guest rocked the house! Rob, you truly out did yourself! We had the time of our lives! Thank you for everything!"
