"This property made for an unbelievably fun weekend down in Nashville! The host, Frank, is one of the nicest hosts I’ve dealt with. His attention to detail in managing the property was evident, as the place was truly immaculate. He made the whole check in/check out process a breeze, and ensured that we were able to enjoy our weekend to the fullest. When I say this house is gorgeous, that would be an understatement! Having such a beautiful stay made for an unforgettable trip, and I will be sure to book with Frank again the next time I am back in town! He is a wonderful host and the house reflects that as well. "Shower floor in bedroom upstairs facing the street has substantial wear and a leaking shower head. In the same bathroom the left sink is on the verge of clogging.Entry door combination lock was malfunctioning upon arrival. It was repaired the following day. I would have appreciated instructions prior to arrival. The link provided by VRBO only asked if I had a question and gave no instructions, not even the combination to the entry lock."

"Fun, huge area for friends. Comfortable sofas. Frank is super accommodating and friendly. It's a quite place considering we were 1.5 miles from everything. Wonderful overall stay!!"
