"Bathroom was not cleaned the best. If you book a hotel for three you should at least have three washcloths. Beds horrible. Won't be back"

"This place is great, rooms are super clean, staff is amazing and always friendly, location is great for a quick walk to Broadway or Nissan Stadium. We have stayed here before just after it had opened and it still looks just like new. If I had any complaints it would be paying to park and that the hot breakfast offering were the same everyday and it sure would be nice to have a little rotation from day to day since every time we have stayed it has been for 4 or more days. We will be staying there again."

"The front desk personnel were rude and did not care about the customer. There should be instructions on how to operate the TV. Finally I have given a good rating because for the price it was 2 bedroom and 2 bath and in a good location for access to downtown activities. Finally the beds fit in the rooms but are very small for two people."

"Our room was clean and very comfortable. The rooms seem slightly small, but was just fine for our stay since we were mostly just sleeping when we were at the room anyway! Breakfast was excellent! So many great options. They made omelets while you waited, you could choose from so many options! Waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, bagel, toast and yogurt. Coffee, juice, tea and water were also available. The breakfast area was kept very clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They were able to give us a later checkout due to the need of going to the hospital to be with our niece who had to have major surgery. The only negatives that I can really think of would be that the rooms need to update to not have carpet on the floors--especially in rooms with pets (since I had to bring my dog and the fact that you have to pay for parking. I would definitely stay here again!!"
