Clean, quiet room. Exceptionally friendly staff & manager made our stay so much nicer. They gave us advice on getting to the Nashville hot spots and eateries. Also the hotel has a nice lounge that’s open until 10 pm, offering both food and drinks.

Decided to splurge and not go with the company recommended hotel rooms when I attended a convention in Nashville and I’m so glad I did. This lived up to all the reviews. Serene tranquil luxury yet in the middle of everything. Staff was amazing and I had the best deep tissue massage of my life!

What a hidden gem in Nashville. Its in the 12 South neighborhood which is always bustling with friendly people and surrounded by small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The hotel is more like a small apartment building and the place is so nice. Our room had a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove top. Its about a 8 minute ride to Broadway and maybe 4-5 minutes to the Gulch area. Highly recommend this place if you want to be close to all of the Nashville fun and craziness without actually staying in the middle of it!

This hotel feels a little tired and in need of a refresh. The staff was nice. The bed felt like a thin mattress on a plywood base, which left me with a sore back. While the room was certainly passable, I believe the rooms do need a makeover.
