The property is beautiful but the terracotta/ orange sand that blew in from the desert was all over the floor in our room. Our luggage being wheeled in, also carried the orange sand into our room, so our socks and feet turned orange. When I went to use a very white towel, there was a dark “something” folded into it. I thought it was a bug. Thankfully when my husband checked, it turned out to be granola that wasn’t cleaned in their wash.

Fantastic hotel, i cannot say anything negative about it. Helpful staff, great breakfast. Village is 2min walk and has at least 7 good restaurants. Will be returning.

This place is just magical. Quiet with stunning views wherever you look. Staff very accommodating, booked me a ferry shuttle to Santorini Port. My ferry wasn’t until 2pm, so they allowed me to checkout at 11am, store my luggage and then wait in the lounge area until it was time to leave. I could have even used the pool and amenities during this time The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of food served directly to your table. Swimming pool has stunning views of the caldera. Porters available on request to help with luggage and the many stairs as there is no elevated (would spoil the vibe this hotel creates). I would absolutely recommend this hotel, hopefully I can return one day. Worth every cent paid

"This hotel was wonderful. It was small so even when it was full you did not feel like it was over crowded. The pool area is beautiful. And the hotel is steps from the town making it easy to walk in for meals or to shop. It was a little way from the port but the front desk arranged all our transports ..."
