Appartamentino molto semplice ma funzionale. Bella la zona anche se bisogna spostarsi in macchina per raggiungere il centro (perlomeno nella stagione invernale).

What i liked most was that there is so much to do within walking distance. What i disliked, and this has nothing to do with the hotel or manegement, was yhe limited parking and how narrow the roads are.

Ottima località, buono il residence, ben fornito con il necessario , a noi è stato fornito anche il letto da campeggio X il bimbo! unica nota che essendo situato sopra Folgaria i 300 m di distanza dal centro son tutti in salita 😀, vero che si è in montagna , ma comunque può esser un aspetto negativo se si vuole muoversi a piedi!!!

Una sola notte

Appartamento piccolo ma con molti posti letto, dotato di tutto quanto necessario, curato e soprattutto molto pulito. Posizione leggermente distante dal centro ma comunque comoda. Unica pecca riscontrata (sempre che interessi): telecomando tv non funzionante per cui è stato impossibile vedere qualcosa. La chiave va ritirata e consegnata presso altro residence per cui bisogna spostarsi in auto all’arrivo e alla partenza; una persona molto gentile ti spiega quanto necessario.

Ottimo appartamento, un po' lontano dal centro, considerando l'enorme salita (a piedi con figli piccoli non è il massimo). Peccato non si possa scegliere autonomamente l'accensione del riscaldamento. C'è tutto, tranne il phon (questa non l'ho capita). Comunque lo consiglio!

L'appartamento era adeguato alle Ns. necessità. Piccolino per 4 persone ma per 2 notti andava bene. Alcune lampadine era fulminate. La temperatura dentro all'appartamento era piuttosto alta di sicuro non si pativa freddo ma la notte abbiamo comunque dormito bene.

Low budget at its best

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Panoramablick. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett im Wohn/Essraum, ein Stockbett in einer Nebenkammer. Fernseher vorhanden (kostenlos), hauptsächlich italienische Programme. Energiepauschale muss keine entrichtet werden. Die Küchenzeile war ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank und E-Herd (2 Platten mit äußerst geringer Heizleistung). Keine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher etc. vorhanden. Das Bad war klein und technisch in einem schlechten Zustand (Duschschlauch undicht, Duschvorhang nicht passend zur Dusche und schlecht montiert). Personal sehr freundlich (Kommunikation auf Englisch funktionierte). Allerdings ist die Rezeption nicht immer zu den angegebenen Zeiten besetzt, sodass man hinterher telefonieren muss.

It was not what we expected but in a good way! , A beautiful Alpine town & fabulous scenery. Hotel staff very nice but not a word of English! Apartment was a nice size for 2 people, good facilities but only two rings to cook on - other cooking equipment was very good. Bathroom was ok but the shower was a bit cramped. The bed folded up into the wall and was quite comfortable. Clean sheets and towels were available. Balcony was an adequate space with deck chairs&a clothes horse. The view was outstanding from here. We had to pay an extra €35 per person per week for elec, sheets&towesl and water. Parking also available. The town of Folgaria is beautiful: steep streets, houses with balconies full of flowers, good supermarket, cinema, swimming pool, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff in shops but very little English. The drive up the moutain takes app. 20 minutes and is very hard on a car! But worth the drive just for the views. A drive to Rive delGarda takes over an hour and it is busier at the weekends so expect traffic jams. Overall, we really enjoyed Folgaria and the Alpi Club and would recommend it to anyone!

La struttura del residence è vecchia e trascurata, camere piccole, letti accatastati (7 posti letto in 30mq), mobili scrostati, bagno vecchio, piccolo, cieco, senza phon, senza tenda x la doccia, senza possibilità di chiudere il lavabo, con i tubi di scarico perdenti... panorama esterno assolutamente non congruente con le fotografie scattate 20 anni senza vegetazone intorno... residence privo di parcheggi e quei pochi previsti con pendenze assurde... piscina scarna e disadorna a disposizione in un'altra struttura residence raggiungibile solo in auto...

Mi aspettavo di meglio

La struttura del residence e la posizione sono buone. Purtroppo non abbiamo riscontrato una buona pulizia delle camere (in particolare del bagno). Il bagno, poi, nella nostra camera era utilizzabile con molta difficoltà causa spazio troppo esiguo. Infine abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di dover pagare una tessera settimanale per poter usufruire, per un week-end, di lenzuola ed asciugamani. Tra l'altro, la TV è a disposizione solo pagando una tessera di un livello superiore (e con quest'ultima si ha anche diritto alla pulizia quotidiana della stanza...). Per concludere: in generale la struttura è consigliabile se non si hanno troppe pretese...ma sarebbe meglio conoscere il costo totale in anticipo, per evitare sorprese!
