"Property is nice, But is actually is in the ocean, not only on the ocean. little hard to get to with the high tide, as water covers the street, Older, but maintained, and has a very nice personal touch with all you need inside, clean, but the whole house swings with the ocean like a boat, was assured when we got in, that this is normal. by the agent of the managment company, he was very nice and accommodating. Anyway, we had a few really memorable days. And one note, mosquitoes, are really bad, especially in the evening. Get your mosquitos spray."

"What a great, much needed weekend! This was the perfecttttt setup and location for my group of fishermen! Everything you need in one location! We frequent the area from East Texas and this is the best location we have ever had! Right near San Luis Pass and fishing right from the home! We will definitely be back! Host was greattt-so welcoming and quick to respond! We already can’t wait until next time!"

"The property was clean, organized, and had everything you need for a great time! The kitchen had everything you need to cook a great meal! The view was beautiful. Jennifer responded to all my questions quickly. The beach was within walking distance!"

"We had a great time hosting & visiting with family at this beach house. A welcome pkg was on the table, included soaps and shampoos other niceties. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Both are well maintained and clean, pool was bigger than expected! The house and downstairs are very clean. Bring beach towels. We were a group of 7 and had an extra bedroom we did not need. Kids would go in there to hang out to watch tv sometimes. The beds. Best sleep ever. Like sleeping in a cloud. We have a ISerta at home and the beds at this rental were every bit as comfy. Loved the bed. Water was clean no odor and is good water pressure. We did get rain. The turf drained fast and yard stayed dry. Was very cool to experience. We did bring 2 small dogs, Rat Terriers. Had zero issues with dogs being contained in the yard and navigating the stairs. The gate on the stairs can swing n lock to keep kids or pets downstairs if needed. Great! There were a few things that could have been better but did not affect our stay much. Kitchen needs new skillets and pots, spatulas, wisk, good hand towels would help with dish drying. Other than that the kitchen has lots of natural light and is arranged to make cooking easy. We enjoyed having a fridge downstairs in the garage and a commercial ice maker helped a lot. There is a toilet in the garage as well so no need to run upstairs every time. Everyone had a great time. The location is peaceful and very beautiful. Would definitely rent this home again."

"This property was fantastic! The porch was great for sitting out in the evening and watching the sun set. We were able to watch the lunar eclipse. A walk on the beach was just minutes away. The house was clean, updated and very comfortable."

"The Beach House location was really nice. The option to bring your dogs along was the really nice option to have. there was a lot of space to have many guests if you needed. You’ll have a beautiful sunrise and sunset. There’s a boat ramp to watch everybody putting in the boats and taking them out throughout the day. Make sure to bring spices as in salt and pepper or whatever else you want because it is a rental and they do not have that on-site. Overall, was a really nice experience. If you’re a very picky person, there are a few things that might bother you. But being a pet friendly rental made us love that we could bring our dogs with us to enjoy our experience."

"We had a wonderful experience! The view was incredible and we found everything we needed as far as appliances. We do recommend sharper knives, as the ones provided were difficult to cut with. Overall, this was a 10 of 10 experience hands down!"
