"Property was great! Nice decor, clean, comfortable beds. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of bathroom. Right on the beach Had a wonderful stay. Only suggested improvements would be replacing the sectional, it’s a little worn out and install a hose by the outdoor shower to rinse off beach equipment. But great house all around."

"The house was clean and ready for us to check-in on time. Communication with Paul is excellent and he is quick to respond to any question or concern. Paul is an excellent host. The house has wonderful views from both balconies looking out over the water without seeing any other properties. We always have a great time staying at Paul's properties. The Treasure Isle neighborhood is small and family friendly and beach access is limited to foot traffic or golf carts."

"The property is lovely and an easy walk to the beach. In our experience, we were hoping for swimming from the beach, but 'no swimming' signs were posted along the entire stretch of beach where the Treasure Island community is located. Maybe it was just us, but we couldn't get the Wi-Fi go come up in our queue the entire stay, so we ended up using our own hotspots. Hot water to the kitchen was almost non-existent. Again, maybe we just got unlucky with these things, but we can only speak from our experience. The hosts were great and quick to respond. Overall we had a lovely time and the place really is very cute and well put together."

"Beautiful beach home! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. From the moment we walked in, the house smelled amazing and was spotless. We loved all the thoughtful details throughout the house, even the toilet paper was decorated with a cute bow!The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach. The patio was especially lovely, peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while catching a view of the beach in the distance. The neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and relaxing.The host was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from spices and cookware to plenty of towels. There were even extra boogie boards available for us to use, which was a fun bonus! The upstairs room was spacious enough to comfortably fit four people, and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous.We also really enjoyed the games provided and the extra blankets that made everything feel cozy and inviting. Overall, this home had everything needed to make our vacation perfect. We would definitely stay here again!5 The only thing to note is that, like many beach homes, there are quite a few stairs, so more handicap accessibility would be great. That said, it did not dampen our trip at all."
