"We rented this house for our annual girls weekend and it was THE perfect house. Clean, stocked, amazing ocean view and a very very short walk to the beach. The owners were in contact when needed and it had the perfect amount of space 3 Will book again next summer :) "

"Celebrating my husband's 60th with friends and family. The house was very nice, moderna and clean. Linens and towels were clean as well. The A/C was on when we came in the house, so it was nice and cool. The location is great, and ocean views were great from the inside of the house as well (like looking out from the deck of a cruise ship). The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Our overnight guests were impressed loved their stay. It was easy and enjoyable communicating with the owner Paul, and it was a pleasure meeting Debbie the property manager. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention, but both were very responsive and took care of our requests promptly. The only thing I would change is the trash situation. The streets are narrow, and I realize a garbage truck cannot come through the streets. I would suggest though having a large trash can on the property and the responsibility of taking trash to dumpster to cleaning service; but it isn't a deal breaker, and I would rent home again when in need of a beach rental this size. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beach rental that is high end without being overly priced. "

Everything is in really great working order and the house looks amazing. So many places for the various kids to go play when we weren’t at the beach."

"We love staying in this VRBO. We enjoy beautiful sunrises, and sunsets. The wrap around deck allows for views of the Gulf and bay. The house comes with plenty of cooking supplies that makes cooking meals easy. Plenty of covered parking, access to water, which makes beach clean up and and convenient. You can even watch TV if you want, but why when you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. "
