"I stay here almost every time I’m in Surfside. This isn’t a place for someone wanting fancy accommodations but if you’re wanting a place on/near the beach at an affordable price this place is great. Definitely could use some updating and overall maintenance but the rooms are clean and never seen bugs present in the room. One minute walk to the beach and the vehicle entrance is a block away."

"Beach is great, not too many people and offers both beach and some fishing off the rocks. I would have rated it excellent on everything except it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and not 4/3 but it was ok for our party size. No gameroom but offered some games in the living room. Has a firepit which I loved for night bonfire. I would stay in it again."
