"Such a wonderful time for my whole family to be together. We loved the quick, close walk to the beach with 5 young children. Everyone had a choice of bedrooms and the kitchen made it easy for us to have all our meals right there. We did go to a fun restaurant the last night but went right back to the home. The hosts were amazing answering all of my many question before our arrival. I have one suggestion on the parking… the cars had to be in the sun because the tables placed in the center made it impossible to pull under the home. The photos advertised show them off to the side. That would make it more comfortable for parking if you could truly pull in under the home for shade. And take mosquito spray! We were eaten alive when we ventured below the home to access the beach. Mosquitoes were expected of course, but they enjoyed us for sure! The wildlife was fun… watch for coyotes, rabbits, huge pelicans and other birds! Truly the trip I dreamed of having! Thank you for such a perfect place."

"We are so deeply disappointed. I see all these reviews about how clean the beach house is, but this couldn’t have been farther from the truth for us. The maids left POOP and URINE all over the beds. Then we had to waste valuable vacation time fighting to get clean bedding. My husband and I booked this beach house because we have had a really stressful year and desperately needed to relax and recharge. We were not able to relax for most of the trip due to finding bodily fluids all over the beds, an ant infestation, and dealing with an unbothered management company to resolve the issue. We arrived at the beach house at 4:10 pm (check-in was at 4pm) and the cleaners were still at the house. They were there for about 15 more minutes before we could unpack while walking on wet floors. When we were ready to go to sleep in the master bedroom downstairs, we pulled the sheets back and found poop smears on the bed. (We know it was poop because of the smell). We slowly realized that the sheets and comforter were also COVERED in urine. The adult bed upstairs was covered in urine and one of the bunk beds (thatwe had to sleep on!) had urine stains on the mattress cover. When we were putting away our groceries we realized that the kitchen was infested with ants. We had to hide our food (that wasn’t in the fridge) in the oven and in the microwave or the ants would get it. If I set a plate down, ants would be on it within seconds. Now we are having to fight to get a partial refund."
"More than one week later, we are still waiting for a response to our request to reschedule our paid day or receive appropriate compensation. Our communication attempts have been ignored. We arrived at the property at 4:00 PM on Friday and had a pleasant first evening. However, at 9:00 AM the following morning, the electricity failed completely, leaving us without power. Unfortunately, this occurred on a day when we had important family obligations—my daughter's prom—and we needed to prepare accordingly.I immediately contacted the host, who dispatched a technician and promised arrival within one hour. The technician never arrived as promised. Over the next several hours, I called repeatedly, and the host continued to assure me of arrival "within the next hour," with no follow-through.Due to the lack of progress and approaching nightfall with mosquitoes present, we were forced to leave the property and pay out-of-pocket for salon services—an unexpected expense that should have been unnecessary. What we experienced:Failure to resolve the power outage in a timely mannerRepeated broken promises regarding technician arrivalNo alternative solutions or compensation offeredInability to use the accommodations we paid for in full"
