"This was the best place we could have stayed with our large group. Five families and we were all comfortable and happy! The layout and abundance of bathrooms was very beneficial with 11 adults and five kids. The walk to the beach was easy, the beach wagons, chairs and toys were very handy, and the kitchen equipment was abundant! We hope to get to stay here again!"

"This house was perfect for our extended family vacation! Plenty of sleeping space for everyone to be comfortable including fun bunk rooms for the cousins! The living space was spacious and comfortable as was the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and dishes. The main fridge wasn't working which was a little annoying, but there were multiple fridges in the kitchen area and so there was still plenty of space to keep all of our perishables cold. The view was spectacular! The game room was an extra perk that the teens enjoyed. We loved the direct beach access and enjoyed so much time out on the beach and in the waves. We would definitely be interested in staying here again in the future! "

"My stay at was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to express my concerns about the state of the house.Upon arrival, I was appalled to find the property in a shocking state of disrepair and neglect. The cleanliness of the house was far below acceptable standards, and it did not align with the luxury rental experience that VRBO promises. The following issues were particularly troubling:Food and drink stains all over the cabinets, making it clear that proper cleaning had not been done.Mold was visibly growing on surfaces in multiple areas, which is both unsanitary and concerning for health reasons.Dust and dirt were present throughout the house, including on furniture and shelves, indicating that no regular cleaning had been performed.The blinds were broken with multiple slats missing, making it impossible to block out light or have any privacy.The doors to the first-floor patio would not open properly, further compounding the frustration.The bathrooms were filthy, with faucets that hadn’t been wiped down in weeks and an overall unsanitary condition.Cockroaches were found in the kitchen, which is completely unacceptable.The dishes were all dirty, and several of the pots had leftover grease from the previous occupants.The kitchen drawers were unsanitary, and I had to rewash all the silverware before it could be used.I want a full refund."

"Everything was a described. Perfect setup with everything we needed.Suggestion. More bathroom towels/washcloths provided. The towels were very thin and small. We did 3 loads of towels in 2 nights. We have 13 people staying there. Also, provide more beach towels. We brought some. Had we not , we would have had to go purchase more for our group. The house is so close to the beach. Beach chairs would have been nice. Nothing fancy. Something light weight to carry back and forth. The late check out option was weird. I asked for late check out and received several messages with conflicting information. In the end, we gave up and left at the early 10am check out time. That’s really early. We have never had a vrbo with such an early check out time. Or an experience where you are so confused about about the multiple conflicting and AI sounding messages via the app that tell you yes you can check out at 2pm and pay extra…no, you can’t,,, you are approved for late check out…you can’t check out late. Weird …"
