"This house was perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space to hang out as a group or get some alone time. The beach chairs and toys made things easier because we didn't have to worry about bringing/buying any. The arcade games and candy machine were a hit (with kids and adults). The spa/pool also looked amazing but we didn't have time to try it out. Already talking about when we can go back!!"

"Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home. It was amazing. Not only did we have access to the 2nd floor, we also had access to the 1st floor. One of us ended up needing to do work, while on vacation and there were no issues. Both "houses" had restrooms and kitchens. So convenient. It was mostly quiet, a little bit of the road noise, but nothing too distracting. Again, there were no complaints. We loved this place and hope to book it again in the future. Its about 20 minutes from Galveston main, so restaurants and groceries were pretty convenient, along with the closeness to the beaches. Honestly, this is our preference when visiting Galveston, we find the main part of the island very busy and congested. Still, that is not any knock on this place, no issues or concerns. It was fabulous!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was exactly as described and was exceptionally clean. One detail we especially appreciated was the note explaining that the duvet covers are laundered between guests. That's something many rentals don't mention, and it gave us extra peace of mind.The layout was perfect for our family of three. The two bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom, which worked very well for us. There is also an additional full bathroom located underneath the house in the enclosed storage/utility area beneath the stilts. We found that extra bathroom, along with the outdoor rinse-off shower, to be very convenient after coming back from the beach. There is also a nice tiki bar area under the house, which was a fun bonus.The location was excellent. Although it was too hot for us to walk, the beach was only about a two-minute drive away, making it quick and easy to get there. It was also conveniently located near Pariah Coffee and Starboard Side Café, where we enjoyed breakfast.Overall, this home was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing beach getaway."

"The host was extremely responsive to a door code issue preventing access to the home. Maintenance responded quickly to a hot water issue and a fire alarm issue. Response time on messaging was less than 2 minutes. Details on the property should include information on handicap accessibility. Also, a link to operations manuals for the pool and hot tub would be helpful. The home was nicely appointed and fit our family wonderfully. The kitchen amenities were outstanding as was the availability of dishwasher and clothes washing soaps and powders. Clothes hangers were abundant and all bedrooms had what was needed for a pleasant stay. The deck, patio, and pool areas were a great asset to the home and made the stay even better!"
