"All in all this was a nice house for the week. We had a good time, and there is a nice beach just a couple minutes away. You are out of town more and traffic in the area is minimal. Your about a 20 minute drive to most attractions and on the island.There were just a few things that could use some maintenance fixes. One patio door barely slid and both door's handles seemed like they were ready to or started to come apart. Shower rods could use replacement, they were all rusty and were also coming out of the walls. Lights were flickering in the bathrooms and were a bit iffy. There are some areas that show their age and some weathering inside and out too, and the dryer took several cycles to dry a load. Just a few things that may turn some people off from the otherwise nice, clean, and comfortable areas of the home."

"Awesome beach front location in Jamaica Beach. Lots of space for the whole extended family. Super easy check in and out and very responsive host. House is staring to show a little wear and tear but nothing that affected our stay. Kitchen could use a few newer pots and pans but again we got by fine with what was there. This was our second stay and would recommend to others. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our party if 9. Kids loved bunk bed/game room. TV in that room not readily available, but was fixed shortly after reporting."
