"Great house within a stone's throw from the beach. This adorable little gem is easy to access, comfortable, well prepared and accessorized, but hard to leave. If I could but it I certainly would! This is worth every dollar and then some. The host responds quickly and is very attentive. Who could ask for more???"

"Great house and prime location. The beach was essentially 'private' at this time of year and due to no vehicles allowed at this part of the beach. The balconies were fantastic and had tons of provided seating. Inside was really comfortable and provided plenty of space for gathering. The elevator made luggage and supplies simple to get upstairs. "

"On this occasion we needed to have the heat on & it was good. We loved the location & would stay there again for sure. The silverware was very sparse and it would've been nice to have had a broom. We used the fireplace but it wasn't till the 2nd day we found the utensils for tending a fire in the guest bedroom closet. the property is well laid out and beautiful. "

"This place was beautiful. We were very pleasantly surprised by the closeness to the oceanfront. My only complaint about this rental are simple fixes. The water upstairs (3rd floor bathroom) did not work. The lock at the front door was difficult. I would suggest that be replaced. I alerted the owner and he was very responsive. We will absolutely be renting this place again. "
