"The singature property or VIP is nice but to use anything you have to cross the main road, not even a crosswalk to get to them, there is also no BBQ near the signature building and the path to the beach is a maze not from the pool area. The kids arcade wa broken when we went, the pool was kinda dirty, in a failure to skim it daily way... the place over all is an ok experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the beach! The location was great, just a quick and easy walk to the beach. Inside, the home was comfortable and worked well for our family of three. However, I do think it might feel a bit tight for a larger family trying to stay comfortably.The house was stocked with most of the essentials we needed, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They really do mean it when they say only one roll of toilet paper is provided for your stay, something to keep in mind when packing.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the convenient location, responsive host, and comfortable space."

"Excellent property, clean and very comfortable. Great gulf view even though we were one row back. Easy access to the beach, a short 75 yard walk. Quiet location even during spring break week. First time using this property, liked it enough that we are already booked for next year. Mike the host was very pleasant and easy to reach with questions."

"Over all the house was big enough for our group! It was close to the beach and had nice views. Sadly it was not very clean, had trash left around the house from people before us! It really did not look like the photos. The central air could not keep up with the house so we had to turn it off and open windows. Walls are a little messed up, remotes for tvs was not around, and remote for the lights and fan in one room was not on the wall! "

"I was really kind of disappointed in this rental. The unit looks dated, the paint was chipped/dirty/sloppy. The doors did not close properly, neither did drawers. The master bed needs a box spring. It is way to low to the floor and hard to get in and out of. The blinds were broken. The master bedroom had cheap curtains that covered a large sliding door and did not block hardly any light at night. The rental stated that golf carts were available for rent (which we rented) but then we found out when we got there that they are not allowed on the beach and so therefore pretty useless and just an extra expense. It was an ok experience for a weekend, but glad that I did not try to stay here for a week."
