"We had a fantastic time at Coastal Soul over Labor Day Weekend. The host is very responsive even before finalizing our booking. We traveled with six adults, two young children (4 months, 1 year) and three dogs (2 small dogs, 1 ESA). The house was clean and had all of the essentials plus more. The house is on the side of the main road that faces the beach so you have a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. There is no direct walking access from the house to the beach but the public beach access is only a few minute walk and you can drive your car directly on the beach with no permit needed. A couple of things we noticed- the coffee pods were all decaf so we made a trip to Culture Coffee in the mornings for our caffeine fix. The couch in the living room facing the TV is a bit uncomfortable. There are no full length mirrors in the house. Bring your own drinking water since drinkable water is limited. And don’t be surprised to see yellow water in the toilet bowls. Aside from those little details everything else was great. Perfect weekend getaway with your family, friends, young children, and pets! Beautiful ocean views. Relaxing and easy to access location."

"Our family of 20 stayed for 7 days. Honestly there was just nothing not to like. The kitchen was spacious and several of us used it at the same time. Loved the double oven. The bedrooms were a nice size and we really appreciated the bunkbeds with the lower bunk being floor level for the littles. We spent our mornings on the lower deck drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. We have vacationed in Surfside 22 years only missing during covid and this is the best house by far."

"We had the most incredible stay at this beach house! The house was absolutely unbelievable—10 bedrooms, beautifully updated, fresh, clean, and so spacious. It was perfect for our large group and especially amazing for families with kids.They truly thought of everything. There was even a play area right by the kitchen, which was such a great touch for the little kids, plus a movie theater and game room that everyone loved.The owner was absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The location by the beach was perfect, and the entire house exceeded our expectations.We would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough, especially for a big family or group trip. Truly such a special house and an amazing experience!"

"Nice affordable clean beach house. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Lots of beach toys including boogie boards available. Nice charcoal grill. Beach was clean, patrolled by Police, and not overly crowded."
