This 2700 sq. foot elevated home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 2 king beds, twin over full bunk bed, a full bed with a twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. Just a few streets from the 6th St. East beach access and located on a secluded dead-end street… “Sandin Your Shoes” is the place for your Folly vacation. Enjoy hitting the beach for the day…play a little corn-hole at the house…enjoy an outdoor shower and then walk up the stairs to this spacious & luxurious home.

An open floor plan greets your with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the home. The high end kitchen features BOSCH appliances including gas range along with plenty of bar-top seating for family fun. There are spacious dining and living areas for relaxing and downtime. The home has Samsung SMART TVs in every room with Direct TV including WIFI access to Netflix, Hulu, and more. A large screened porch is perfect for dining or relaxing the night away. There are two rooms with king sized beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the second floor rec room, along with bunk & trundle beds in the kids room – this home easily sleeps 8-10 with two spacious living areas. The bathrooms are gorgeous with granite counters, tile floors, beveled subway tile on the shower walls and handheld fixtures in all the showers…included the amazing outdoor shower on the ground floor of the home. There is a cast iron tub for baths in the 2nd floor bathroom.

Under the home there is an amazing outdoor shower with changing area, corn-hole set, and storage area. There is gas grill for outdoor cooking as well. Plenty of things to do outside the home when getting a little downtime from the beach.

Beach access is just a short walk from the home and there is also a kids playground with swings & slides along with tennis courts, basketball court and skateboard area just around the corner from the house…all an easy walk. This home is a perfect combination of quality new construction along with an amazing and secluded location. Come enjoy a little “Sand in Your Shoes!”

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, multiple TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, gas grill, outdoor shower, $250 VayK Gear beach gear rental credit, washer/dryer, and modern appliances. Sanctuary in Folly

Stayed over the Easter holiday, and our entire family loved this secluded but also central location. We were far enough away from the "busier" parts of Folly, but a short golf cart ride from all the best spots. Had all types of birds singing to us on the screened-in porch each morning as we had our coffee, and there was plenty of room for our family of five. Would come back again!

Sand in your shoes rental

Lovely property. The home is beautiful and very spacious for large families. Its in a quiet area on a dead end road, So it has alot of privacy. Its a short walk to the beach and short drive to downtown folly and a 20 minute drive to Charleston. The home was equipped with everthing you need for cooking meals and the kithcen its self was amazing! Very nice appliances. The outdoor living areas were great as well. The upstairs deck is screened in and has stairs going down to the parking area. Theres another living area down there that has a tv and lots of seating, hammach and a ping pong table. Both outdoor living spaces have a mini fridge!! Super cool. Overall the home is perfect, Aside from It not being handicapped friendly and the upstairs having 1 bathroom to share with three rooms.

An Excellent place to stay in Folly Beach

This was our first time at Folly Beach and we loved Sand in Your Shoes! It was exceptionally decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We especially loved the outdoor sitting area, the screened in porch and the overall lay out of the house. It was a short walk to the beach and to the downtown area but we love that the house was at the end of the street which made it private and peaceful. We can't wait to visit again next year.

The house was a great space for our family. We enjoyed the multiple areas for relaxing. It was a short walk to the beach. It was easy to get to town by walking or using the golf cart.

Fantastic Vacation House

Absolutely loved this house! Fantastic location if you are looking for something more quiet and secluded. Wonderful layout that included everything we could ever need for our stay. Super kid friendly (we had our 4 year old and 8 month old) and we appreciated having plenty of beach toys/gear for the week. My only recommendation would be to have small step stools for the little ones to reach the sinks. Overall, we will definitely be back to this house.

Fantastic Folly

We loved SandinYourShoes! It was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach access, not too far from the shops and food of Folly (with a golf cart), and just a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The beds were so comfortable. Loved how quiet it was at night. We had a fantastic time. Thank you so much!!

Such a great experience in this house! Way bigger than the pictures make it look. Highly recommend renting the golf cart it helped tremendously. When you are calling Ubers it is helpful to tell them the address next door because Uber brings them to another location when this address is put in.

We had a great time at Sand in your Shoes for Thanksgiving! House is perfectly appointed and we had everything we needed! Walk to the beach and restaurants. Golf cart on site to rent was a great perk! Only comment is if you arrive after dark, hard to find. Maps on phone won’t get you there. Directions in check in details helped but still very hard to find in the dark! Otherwise it was perfect!

Perfect family beach vacation home!

The house was amazing! Wonderful condition, modern, perfect location with easy access to beach and Center Street while offering privacy for some rest and downtime. The floor plan was perfect for us traveling with two teenagers, as they had their own bedrooms, full bath, and den area upstairs to themselves. The first floor has a wonderful open kitchen/living room/dining area offset by a screened in porch. Additionally, it was great to hang out after the beach playing ping pong in the carport below while watching television and grilling out! I would definitely recommend adding the golf cart rental to your stay - it was very easy and the company was a pleasure to work with. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay here and look forward to it again next summer!

A darling house!

This house was so cute and the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to gather for a girl’s trip. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops - some of us biked and some of us walked and it only took a few minutes. We all loved staying here!

Great weekend getaway

Beautiful home in a secluded location - yet not too far from the beach. Would recommend renting the golf cart at the house to get around Folly Beach. Would stay here again.

Great Spot In Southern Beach Town

Sand in your shoes: Was a very charming, spacious, well located, clean and comfortable home for our family to spend the week at Folly Beach. From there we were able to access Charleston very easily, a short ride. We also were able to drive to other sights. We would easily and highly recommend it to other families looking for a summer beach retreat!! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing property - great getaway!

A group of friends and I got together to spend a week in Folly Beach at this amazing property - we couldn’t have been happier with everything. From the outdoor seating area with an outdoor TV, to the hammock, to the spacious indoor set up, this house has everything you could possibly need and is located no more than 2 minutes from the beach. Book without hesitation!

A Good Solid Rental

Our family really enjoy staying at this property. The only thing I will say is that if you want a golf cart for your stay, call we’ll in advance and reserve one. The listing makes it sound like a cart is on property that is available to rent, but that is not the case and you really need the cart w/the parking situation on the island

Perfection

Loved this property! Location was perfect- close to everything yet far away enough to enjoy the peace of the island. House layout was welcoming with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We are a family of five (3 boys 20 and 18yr old twins) and we had 3 family visitors for the weekend. Our favorite room was the porch and loved having my coffee there each morning. The boys loved their space upstairs and the ping-pong TV area downstairs. The house design truly perfect. The golf cart was great- I highly recommend renting the one in the picture. Roger from Charleston GC rental was super. Thank you to the owners for sharing the beautiful property and to Carolina One who made it so smooth. We will be back! 😃

We stayed here over Christmas break, and loved it. Downstairs has an open floorpan allowing for family to interact and spread out. Kitchen is very nice and allows for easy preparation of family meals. Large dinner table is perfect for family dinners or board games. Our kids enjoyed the upstairs room to get a break from adults. Location is an easy walk to the beach or downtown. Very easy drive to seafood market or Harris Teeter grocery store. Highly recommend "Sand in Your Shoes"!

Truly enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very spacious and the living room/kitchen was such a great place to hangout with everyone. The kids toys were a bounus as our 3 year old enjoyed them. HVAC was in great working order as we recently had a bad experience with another house. All in all it was a great stay.
