Book your relaxing vacation at Pavilion Watch 2A! Offering beautiful ocean views and the Folly Pier, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Kick back on the full-length balcony to take in the ocean breeze with a cool beverage. Swim in the community pool after a good day at the beach. Public beach access is directly across the street from the complex. Only 1 block to shops, restaurants, and the pier.

Lounge on the plush sofas in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or sit in quiet to watch the ocean out the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the balcony. Ample seating on the balcony allows for relaxation with ocean views.

The open kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, serveware, small and large appliances, as well as all cooking and eating utensils. Easily prepare your family's preferred meals. Indoor dining sits 4 at the table with an additional 5 counter seats.

Two bedroom suites offer welcomed privacy. King bedroom is the larger of the rooms with ocean views and access to the balcony, and a small flat-screen TV. Full bathroom en-suite includes a double vanity, garden tub, and standing shower. Queen bedroom suite is lovely with large windows that can let in lots of natural light. Watch your own flat-screen TV and enjoy private access to your full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds, also furnished with a flat-screen TV. Final full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hall, just outside the third bedroom. Freshly laundered, high-quality linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Just 1 block away, it's an easy walk to stroll through local shops and markets,* and have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants. Walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photos. Only about a 25-minute drive away, downtown Charleston offers historic, cuisine, and ghost tours, world-class dining, boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!
* The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is first come, first serve parking in the overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable/smart TVs, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in, communal pool typically opens April 1st -October 31st. Ground level is parking, condo is on 1st floor. Elevator and stairs go to all floors of the complex. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. *Sand renourishment to the west side of the pier is finished! The beach is now wider and more expansive on the west side of the island. A pipe will be running down the beach until the entire project is complete. Sand ramps have been built at multiple points along the pipe for easy access.
