Luxury 5 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with direct ocean access. This home offers an inverted floor plan with all new furnishings. The first floor offers a king master suite, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 full/twin bedroom. The first floor also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and second refrigerator. The second floor has a huge living area with open kitchen/dining area. The second floor also has a king master suite, Florida room off the kitchen, and an upstairs widows loft. Both floors offer wrap-around porches with beautiful ocean views. This home is located 3 blocks from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier and a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. This vacation home is large enough to accommodate large families with ample parking.

Such a beautiful house steps from the beach. The beach access is directly across the street from this house, The decks are amazing and the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for all of us to hang out in.Love Love Love this house!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We had a wonderful week on Folly Beach. Lots to do and close to Charleston. The restaurants were within walking distance. We enjoyed them all.

The house was everything we hoped for and needed. Beautifully furnished, quite comfortable. Would suggest more outside lights as house was hard to find at night due to beautiful large live oak tree in front.

Great house for a family or group

The elevator worked well for a family member with limited mobility. One of the bedrooms has a walk in shower with a seat, also helpful for limited mobility. Kitchen is well stocked, much better than your average rental house.

Enjoyed our stay! The house was perfectly located directly across from a beach access. It was roomy, well equipped, and had an elevator that was so helpful during the checkin and checkout loading and unloading. The owners were great, stayed in touch and made sure we were comfortable. Definitely will stay again!!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family of nine, 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 3 really enjoyed our stay. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Kate. We were all almost in tears knowing it was almost time to leave. If you need a large place to stay close to the beach this is it!!!

Perfect location!

This house is the perfect location to the beach and Center Street. Large open spaces and lots of sunlight. We enjoyed our weekend at Folly and would defiantly return to this property!

We loved our house- there was plenty of room for 5 couples and a baby. The proximity to the beach and the shops / dining was fantastic. We had the best week here! Communication with host for anything we needed was easy. We can’t wait to come back again!

Best location ever

Our family had a wonderful experience at Folly Beach. The house was roomy and well equipped for our bunch! We could walk across the street to the beach or stroll to downtown Folly for a delicious pineapple whip treat! Our memory book was filled with precious memories from the trip.

A Siblings Get Away

The house is beautiful, roomy and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen; plenty of pots, pans, and utensils! And an elevator which was super helpful! Just a short walk across the street to the beach, which was wonderful!! We had great weather for our week stay. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Overall it was a great vacation!

Greatest Ever!

This was our most outstanding stay at Folly. The house was directly across from the public beach access and a short walk to Center Street. The house had everything, room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, there wasn't a thing we needed. Sitting on the upper deck and listening to the ocean crash is the most relaxing thing in the world! Our host was very accommodating and thought of everything. Our visit could not have been better!

Wonderful vacation home

This home was perfect for our family’s beach getaway. There was plenty of room to spread out when we needed our own space, and spacious, comfy rooms when we wanted to hang out together. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals in the roomy kitchen. The beach path is directly across the street and bars and restaurants were only a short walk up the street making it a perfect location. We hope to return on our next trip to Folly.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

We had our whole family of 11 for a great week on Folly Beach. This house is great with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. It is clean and well stocked and appointed. The perfect location across from the beach on Folly. We will come back. 5 stars.

A wonderful home on Holly

Our group of 8 had a wonderful week on Holly at this beautiful home. It is extraordinarily roomy, feels nice and homey, has generous parking, and provided everything we needed. Kate was an excellent, helpful host. The location is great with beach access just across the street, and it was a short walk or bike ride from the central business area and the public pier. We all look forward to returning.

Awesome Experience

This was a wonderful place to get together with family! Kate, our host, was fantastic and helpful with local recommendations. For those with elderly parents (or with mobility issues) the house has an elevator, which was a definite asset. We will book this one again!

Family vacation

The house is large with plenty of room for our group of 9. Location is very convenient. House needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. Expected for the price for it to be much nicer inside. Furnishings very worn, shower missing 1 door, and overall just ok. However, we enjoyed our week and house served our purpose.
