You've found the perfect perch for a romantic getaway or weekend trip to Folly Beach - this cozy, ground-floor home has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy a location steps from the sand/beach and under a block from Center Street's shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, and stylish decor. The full kitchen (no dishwasher) makes meal prep easy, or you can just whip up some snacks for the beach (full-size fridge & stove). After a fun day out, cool off with the mini-split HVAC units that allow individual control while you relax on the sofa. Relax in the cozy den, complete with a comfortable daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space. Stream your favorite shows or use the in-home WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Call it a night early - you don't want to miss the sunrise on the beach.
There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee, or kids' play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.
