Come experience an enjoyable stay in this classic Folly Beach townhome that has been completely renovated to exemplify a new modern quintessential Folly, only a short walk to the ocean and just one block from Center Street shops and restaurants. This property is the perfect family vacation location that can be rented separately, or book both for family and friends vacationing together.

Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan for cooking, dining and living that opens into a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard with a garden patio, dining chairs, charcoal grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower.

This family and pet friendly townhome is decorated with lively colors and eye-catching features to make you feel right at home on Folly. Downstairs, the home has a laid-back open floor plan where family and friends can gather together in the comfortable living and kitchen area with a quintessential dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter space. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping.
With the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, this apartment will easily give you space to enjoy your privacy as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, both bedrooms have upgraded linens and custom wardrobes.

You'll be able to enjoy outdoor living in the large, beautifully landscaped backyard with a dining patio area and a charcoal grill. There is a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower, and the yard is completely fenced which also makes it a great play area for the kids and pets. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

​​​​​​​We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home is 900 Sq. Ft.
If you have more than 5 or 6 people but less than 10 or 12, you can rent both units and have the entire property to yourselves!

Great Getaway

House in Folly Beach was exactly what was posted. Very detailed oriented decorating, great yard for a dog and close to the main drive in Folly but far enough to be very quiet during the day and night. Highly recommend.

Well-equipped, within walking disance of 'all things Folly'!

We stayed here a few days following our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect place to unwind and reflect. We loved the outdoor space and marveled at the thoughtful details and efficient design. Four adults were very comfortable in the space and we all commented of how we'd love to stay there again.

Went to the area with my wife and a three year old and one year old....walking distance to everything, could sit outside at night and hear the music but nothing loud enough inside to disturb anyone...house was clean, everything you'd need was here. Will definitely be back.

Folly tucked away

We stayed at the A side of the duplex January 25 to January 29. It was perfect for our stay. Great industrial style kitchen and a perfect little backyard for enjoying the cool nights. It was 1 block from the Main Street with the restaurants and bars. Only a short ride to some other local seafood places. Great for 3 or 4 family members.

We absolutely loved this property! It was exactly as pictured, very clean and nicely furnished/updated. It is always a pleasure to stay in a well maintained house that is also pet-friendly. Location was a perfect home-away-from-home for our Charleston visit. The city is small so its easy to drive everywhere, and when in Folly - you can walk everywhere from this house. The house itself is perfect for couples or small families and was spotless. Clean linens all included and a very clean and functional kitchen. Possibly one of the nicest VRBO properties we have rented - highly recommend.

Loved the house, our favorite Folly place so far. Clean, cute, inside and outside shower is great. Kitchen has everything you need from a device, dish, utensil perspective. TVs in every room and good wifi. Fridge works great. Oven is fine, but tiny. Lots of clothes storage. Access to a beach cart and 2 chairs and a washer and dryer. They supply a little body wash and shampoo, thankfully, I forgot mine!These aren't cons, just minor things, but just a heads up on a few things - There's not much in the way of supplies if you want to do any cooking, you need to bring foil, wax paper, wrap, oil, seasonings - anything that's consumable. The grill is small. It was fine for us, but if you have 4 or more people it's a little small. Also it's charcoal only, and you have to supply the charcoal. No gas.There were only 3 of us and we nearly ran out of TP. No access to a hose outside. They have one, but don't supply the quick attachments so you can't use it. Would have been good for sandy doggie beans. Finally the AC can't really cool the downstairs so it gets a little hot and humid (in july), but they have lots of fans and a dehumidifier. The 2 upstairs are fine with the doors closed.Looking forward to another stay some day, maybe when it's a little cooler!

Folly Break

This property is just as described (only better), pictures are accurate, and everything you need is there. The backyard is very private and safe for little dogs. It is completely fenced in and our 4 1/2 pound Yorkie couldn’t get through fence. Great communication with property managers. I would stay there again. AS

Farmhouse by the beach!!

What great place. Short walk 3-4 block walk from the beach. 2 blocks from the long fishing pier. Not even a block to shopping and restaurants. So well decorated. Backyard is a small oasis, manicured. Lovely patio. Great outdoor shower and hose. Parking is two steps from the back door. Just one thing...bring your own beach chairs. They provide a cart to bring your belongings to the beach but it is very old.

Location was ideal, a block off the main drag was about a 8 minute walk to beach. AC worked great although sometimes too cold we tried to raise temp to 72 (using the remote) but it stayed 70. Internet and TVs were good. Pretty stocked kitchen. Clean. There was not a lot of common space - more than 4 people would be cramped. We were fine with 3 people. Have to empty humidifier every few days but no instructions on how to do. Management company was very responsive to any questions we had.
