The Neighborhood:

Welcome to one of America's last true beach towns! This fun, laid back area is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. A mecca for great views, great food, and some great surf. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.



Getting Around:

Folly is very easy to navigate on foot, by bike, or by car! This property is just a short walk to the public beach access. On the way to the beach make sure to stop by Bert's market to load up on beach snacks, or get an Orange Crush from Rita's Seaside Grille. If you ever have your fill of the beach life, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away!

This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property. LIC042217 STR25-A1012



Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.



THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!



Beach re-nourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment. Please contact us or the City of Folly Beach if you would like more information.

The house was very clean and well maintained. The area was also very quiet and safe, perfect for traveling with children. The beach just a short walk away! Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!!

Our family stayed in this house for four nights. The house was very clean, and a great neighborhood. Very quiet. We love the screened in back porch! Well appointed for the kitchen as we cooked a couple of nights. We did rent a golf cart to go back-and-forth to the beach, which worked out perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing & Nice Location!

A group of couples coming for a wedding got to enjoy this clean and quiet spot on Folly Beach! Walking distance to the beach, as well as the main part of the town made this house perfect. They have everything you need in the kitchen, as well as great places to relax in the house after a long day on the beach.

The perfect space to decompress after my daughter’s wedding in Charleston over the weekend. Plenty of room for the six of us. And close to the beach and all it has to offer. Highly recommend!

We visited Folly Beach in February and our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The location was awesome with beach access close and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again! 10 STARS!

Wonderful!

My family and I just returned from a week at Folly Beach. We had an amazing time! The rental was extremely clean, the beds comfy, and the location in easy walking distance from the shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. It should be noted there are stairs for those with mobility issues (most of the houses here are elevated though). The covered porch was so relaxing to sit and read a book or linger over coffee. I would happily return here!

Folly Beach Fun

The house was very open , spacious and comfortable. Location is great, a short walk to the beach, the pier, and center street with shops and restaurants. We loved the back screened in porch, a perfect spot to relax. We appreciated the extra supplies such as TP, dish soap, dishwasher pacs, hand soap, hangers, etc. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes but needs a few hot pads and more dish towels. We had a wonderful week and would love to return!

Beautiful house, great location!

We loved our stay at this house! It was spacious, very cozy, well organized and had comfortable beds. I loved the quiet location of this house, yet still walkable to the center for restaurants and beach. I would 100% recommend this house and look forward to staying again when we visit our daughter in Charleston. PS - we left you a brand new under counter organizer that did not fit in my daughters tiny apartment, I hope you got it. Also don’t know what we would have done without your ample parking spaces, it was a life saver! Thanks for letting us stay!

Nice house of the beaten path

Stayed 4 nights on Fall break. Like the back porch. Bedrooms and kitchen are nice. Close proximity to “downtown” Folly. A few suggestions for the house which would be nice/ 1) floor mat when you come into house 2) separate recycling bin inside 3) access to some outdoor beach chairs 4) put a door and a lower spigot on outdoor shower for foot rinsing Overall nice house - appliances and all worked well.

Great location

Very convenient and quiet location that is an easy drive to downtown Charleston or a quick walk to beach or downtown Folly beach -many cute shops and an awesome variety of bars and pubs. Highly recommend The Lost Dog for an amazing breakfast, eat in or take out.

Cute House...but...

Pros: This is a cute house and a great location. Quiet and Close to the beach. Cons: The house does not have window blinds or see-through blinds in all of the bedrooms upstairs. The house does not have a blow dryer so remember to bring one. The house did not have hot water the whole trip and very little was done by the management group to fix the issue. They knew they needed a plumber, but I am not sure why the issue was never fixed during our stay of 3 nights/4 day stay.
