  • One of Folly's Best! The Champagne Cottage is a two bedroom two bath peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and a quick walk to the 4th street beach access. This home’s open living area invites in plenty of natural light, boasts original hardwood throughout, and has a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. A Smart TV is available to kick back and stream your favorite shows. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fully fenced yard while you have your morning coffee on the porch. Champagne Cottage does not allow pets.

    This house can be booked with its sister property, McGee's Folly.
