One of Folly's Best! The Champagne Cottage is a two bedroom two bath peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and a quick walk to the 4th street beach access. This home’s open living area invites in plenty of natural light, boasts original hardwood throughout, and has a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. Smart TVs in every room to kick back and stream your favorite shows. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fully fenced yard while you have your morning coffee on the porch. Champagne Cottage does not allow pets.

What a great house! It was the perfect size for my spouse and me. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve stayed in. The appliances, dishes, pots and pans were high quality and the kitchen was very organized and well thought out. We would stay here again!

The floors in the house are beautiful. Needs to have a covered area for smokers. Storm came in the first day we were there, we were advised to leave due to flooding. So we only slept in the house one night and then left.

Cozy champagne cottage

We were very happy with the appearance overall of the cottage inside and out. It was also very well stocked with kitchen items, comforters, sheets, towels. The location was awesome as our family was only 2 blocks away, the tennis courts were 2 blocks away, the beach was 3 blocks away. We've been to folly beach several times before but this so far has been our favorite place and hope to stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay in the Champagne Cottage even though the notebook has it misspelled as the Champange Cottage!! Very short walk to the beach was nice. The home next door was in the midst of construction which was a bit bothersome but tolerable. Clean, roomy enough, comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

We loved that the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and then some. The house had plenty of parking spaces. An outdoor area or hose for rinsing sand from the beach off outside would be a nice addition!

Cottage was super clean, roomy, bright and close to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood. Communication excellent. Very comfortable bed! Quick in person stop by to be sure our stay was going well! Nice touch.

Reunite

It was the perfect place for us. We congested at the house, but in the evening everyone went their way. It was nice to have the extra room and it was used the first night by our friends but the rest of the time it was nice for my husband and I to have our own time. Perfect reunion after 45 years!

Terrible Service

To be honest, I can not answer many questioning as it relates the actual unit it itself as we never got to see it in person. My son was admitted to the ER the day we were leaving to travel to Folly Beach to this VRBO. My son ended up being admitted to the hospital for five day of tests and ultimately a spinal tub.. He continued to ask if we would be able to go again to the beach. My son had sustained at TBI in Nov 2021 and had three brain surgeries and was in ICU for 60 days and is still recovering. I informed the owners and ask that we be able to only reschedule to another week. I was told about ‘their” cancellation policy which states no refunds. I was not asking for a refund only to reschedule. Compassion is not a quality often displayed this day and time and no alternative was offered or suggested. Clearly their written policy is not to refund any money. The owner went by the property at least once during the week, I’m sure to make sure we had not come by allowing him save on a cleaning fee. Profit wise a great week for the owner. Lack of compassion is certainly not a becoming quality. I pray that this owner never has to has experience having a son experience a hospital stay during the week of vacation.

Fabulous rental near the beach

Run every morning on the beach, walk to grocery and restaurants. Ideally located in wonderful neighborhood, clean, comfortable, updated, perfect in every way for our needs. Highly recommend this sweet champagne cottage.

The best place ever!

This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
