Perfect beach house for larger groups, love that all bedrooms have a private bath and another in common area. Porches and rooftop deck provide amazing views, and close to the town center. This was our 5th year booking this house and plan to reserve again next year. Kate is a wonderful hostess and always responsive when needed.

The house has a great layout and plenty of room. The bedrooms are a good size and all have en suite bathrooms. Can’t beat the view. Kitchen has plenty of dishware. Two fridges and 2 dishwashers are great for larger groups. A short wallk to town.

This was the perfect beach house for our family! My husband and I were celebrating my retirement with our children and grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door! We would love to go back to this wonderful home again and again.

Fantastic house, steps away and you are on the beach. 3 blocks from the center of Folly Beach. The decks have a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and nice. Kitchen was awesome. 2 refridgerators, super ice maker, all the cookware you need, clean and fresh. We are booked again for next August. Can not wait to get back to this house and Folly Beach August 2026.

If you want absolutely everything in working order & pristine clean, this place may not be for you. However, it was a lovely place to gather for a large group vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. Just a few steps to the beach, and very short walk to restaurants & shopping. We loved Rita’s & Center St Coffee.The host was extremely quick to respond & worked to resolve any issues.

Charleston beach vacation

This was a great place to stay. We loved it. Great view and easy access to the beach. Not too far from Charleston. Far enough away from the main drag, but not too far. We had a great time.

Nice beach house with a great location!

We had a family of 10 staying at this property during the first week of June. The weather and location were great, you are steps to town and the pier. It's also right on the beach but a bit away from the crowd which was welcomed. The house overall was in "good", not great shape. It could use a bit of TLC but overall worked well for our family.

Spring Break Family Vacation!

This beach house has just about everything you could want. It had plenty of space for our whole family; and each room was spacious with comfy beds. The decks and rooftop were added bonuses. The private beach access was awesome, the kids had an amazing time. The kitchen is huge with two frigates to store all your food and drinks.We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

Kate was fantastic? We were at another rental and it was not a good one. I reached out to Kate very last minute and she was beyond accommodating to us. The house is a great location and within walking distance of all the restaurants and coffee shops etc…. The views of the ocean from the top floor were superb and the porches are where we spent most of our time! Highly recommend this property and any others they have!

Slice of paradise

Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, especially from the roof. Surprisingly quiet slice of beach between 2 busy Folly beach access points. We especially appreciated the private bathrooms for each bedroom. We spent every day bodysurfing great waves, and every evening playing beach games until it got dark. music and nightlife are within a few walking blocks. Our host was easily reachable, and quickly solved a minor repair issue within hours. All indoor areas were accessible by those with mobility issues, much appreciated!
