"Everything is top notch except the pool which is small and needs freshened every day"

"Great great pool area. Very clean, really nice lounge chairs. A couple tables/chairs. Very nice. There was a hot tub. Our room was very nice. Had been renovated. Super lighting in sink n bath area. Best big tv, lots of good channels. Great bed/linens. Towels were pretty small n thin. All three products in shower. None by the sink. The real Bonus-it has a small hand held clothing steamer!!! I would definitely stay again. "

"The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Did not sleep. The parking is terrible. We prepaid for all days and the ticket would not let me out after checkout, despite confirming with the front desk that it would. The call box on the parking meter does not work. It was incredibly difficult to hear the person on the other end because it was so scratchy. It took 10 minutes of trying to tell them that I had paid and that I need to be let out before a parking attendant finally walked out and let me out. The hotel looks nice and the dining room staff were wonderful. But I would not recommend this as a place to stay if you actually need to be comfortable and sleep."

"The bathroom was ok but the halls smelled like piss and cigarettes the other residents were really loud. The windows to the upstairs rooms open which is extremely dangerous because there’s no screen and u could fall out. Breakfast was good."
