We arrived early and the staff was very helpful. Though our room was not ready, they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the pool and fitness center until the room was ready. It was ready before noon, and we were given access then, even though it was still hours before their normal checkin time.

Great location- everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the views and shops nearby too.

It is located right near the center of the city, which means it is walking distance to many stores, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is excellently designed to exude a sense of calm and relaxation at all times. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged with a great sense of colour, texture and a unique experience overall. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They are great to even have a quick chat with. I loved the indoor and outdoor pool, with the dry and steam saunas. Very nice touch that I have not seen at other hotels. The food is excellent, very fresh and the chef(s) really are masters of their craft. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to explore the area. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This hotel is EXCELLENT! It is on a quiet side street in the town center and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach/ ocean front. From the moment we walked into the lobby we knew we were somewhere special. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
