"Terceira for the first time, having done Ponta Delgada last year. Book Hotel a great choice. Stylish, nicely planned space. Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. Breakfast good, but a little samey after 4 days. Room perfect. "

"Property itself was good. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the parking situation and the underground parking is terrible ( my opinion), very steep and narrow. Very dark, there were absolutely no lights underground. I’m a female who travelled solo, so this is very important to me. Otherwise it’s a great location. "

"This is truly the most amazing location in Graff. You are right on the water with the view over the harbor and boat there you are walking distance to all the best restaurants in Agra. Would they lack in services and breakfast options it more than makes up for in location. There is a restaurant upstairs where you also have breakfast, which has an extra extraordinary view. "Our stay was was lovely. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and tastes great. The breakfast provided in the morning was also a great touch. Not to mention the host was so sweet and kind, and offered information about the local festivities that were going on that weekend. This was incredibly comfortable and offered much more than expected from a budget accommodation. "
