"Perfect location with the most amazing view. Room was clean and hosts were friendly. Be prepared for a LOT of stairs and note that the bell tower is very close and chimes every half hour from ~7am-10pm. Conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, the train station, and the hiking trails. Comfortable bed and nice to have breakfast included but would have enjoyed more hot selection. "

"Stayed in Casa Carla 3 nights and enjoyed being in I believe one of the prettiest villages in Cinque Terra. Enjoyed drinks on the terrace each evening and staying in the heart of town however if you are not good with stairs this is not the place for you. Paolo was attentive with a few issues we had. Co - op (food store) literally downstairs for supplies. Memorable holiday with friends. "

"It was a great location for us. The view was fantastic. The square at night was noisy and some might need ear plugs but we loved it. A note that the second bathroom was too dark and I had to go to the main bath after a shower to put in contacts and do some eye makeup. We also would have liked more than one bath towel and one hand towel for the five days we were there. It was nice to have laundry machines but we washed clothes and didn’t want to hang around washing a towel. My husband was injured and needed something to put ice in so that was one towel already used. All in all would stay again."

"Nowhere in the description didn’t mention 90 steps to the property, upon entering there was no electric and was told to go to the circuit box and flip switches, which was difficult to do in the dark . We were locked out on 2 occasions with the second time being dark, raining and cold. The key didn’t work. there’s no sink in the kitchen area.The only sink is in the bathroom. the 2 twin beds were extremely hard and could not be slept on. I book this property based on beds in description. The host was very responsive and as helpful as he could be from a distance away. He had to send someone by train to assist us. "

"Apartment was a great location and nice. Host was a poor communicator. Up until the night before when I called, there was ZERO response despite multiple messages and Whats Up Messages. The listing specifically says Dryer. There is no dryer. This was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. Very disappointing and when asked, Host ignored and acted like it was no big deal."
