THE SPACE:
Medium firm King-size bed with 100% cotton bedding, underfloor heating, sleek en-suite shower room separated by a sliding door, blackout curtains, silent mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, (no cooker) TV, WiFi, USB sockets, storage box, hangers, complimentary treats and more.

Step through the French doors and onto your private patio, where you can sip your morning coffee or relax under the stars. Whether you're visiting in sunny summers, crisp autumns, or cozy winters, this peaceful escape is designed for year-round enjoyment.

Nature & Adventure at Your Doorstep:
Just beyond our driveway cattle grid you'll find freely roaming donkeys, ponies, cows, and even deer. Five minutes down the road, you might even spot pigs and piglets in September!

With 71,000 acres of protected heathland, woodlands, and trails, the New Forest National Park is a dream destination for walking, cycling, and simply soaking in nature’s beauty.

LOCAL DINING:
You won’t have to go far to enjoy delicious food and drinks:  The Potting Shed café & farm shop is a 4-min walk. The Foresters Arms is an 8 min walk. The Royal Oak a 15 min walk. The Three Lions is 15 mins walk. (Check online for opening times)
