"First time I had to wait for my room to be ready passed check-in time. I wasn’t able to take advantage of my member perks like early check in by reserving thru Expedia. My wife noticed that the women’s bathroom in front of the ground floor elevator needs new ceiling tiles due to water damage. Upon arrival my wife was rudely informed by the young girl at the desk before she could say anything “You will have to wait her turn like everyone else for a room to be available.” My wife explained she had not heard what was told to the gentleman in front of her as their conversation was over by the time my wife walked up. The room was clean as usual and everything else about our stay was just as expected. We have family in Columbia and we stay at this hotel several times a year and will stay again. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile."

"The pictures on the website doesn’t match the actual place the hotel really really needs a major renovation in and out other for sleep for few nights it’s not bad but please update the place and the pictures on the website"
