Lovely hotel ... no air con and middle of heatwave so room although extremely nice was like an oven. Fan provided but actually sleeping was difficult. Staff were excellent (they were a little embarrassed to inform us that the hotel had decided not to provide breakfast) really nice atmosphere and would definitely stay again ... only 0.6 mikes from Center Parcs which was perfect for us... maybe not in a heatwave though 😂😂

Great overnight stay, shiny happy people in a shiny happy hotel. Sadly didn't get time for the restaurant but the bar area is most pleasant.
Excellent value and in an ideal location for all things in and around Newmarket. Easy parking too!

A great welcome. Situated above the pub that does good food & drinks though a bit of noise at weekends, ok for us as we were enjoyed lively atmosphere in the pub. Great location for races & Newmarket itself.
