Un grande servizio di accoglienza. Alla reception c'è una signora gentilissima. La posizione dell'hotel fantastica. Non si può avere di meglio.Praticamente quasi adiacente a piazza Aurelio Saffi. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Avrei solo gradito avere un bollitore in camera.

Ottima posizione, personale disponibile (hanno risolto con grande prontezza per il funzionamento della tv,che io non riuscivo a sintonizzare). Peccato che nella stanza, in generale ben arredata e spaziosa, la pulizia del bagno (doccia e wc) non fosse impeccabile, sarebbe bastato pulire un po' di più...a parte questo inconveniente non trascurabile, il resto era ok

The hotel is located right in the city centre, very easy to arrive, the staff was nice and friendly but they could not help us with everything we asked, the room was quite old, the worst thing was the prehistoric TV with all the cables visible and hanging down, it was not nice to see and it did not work properly (plus some channels were not available), bed was nice though. Breakfast was quite good, but the room was really small for a hotel. If you are planning on staying more than one night, they do not provide enough toilet products to shower yourself adequately, I had to use my own shampoo. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, just 2-stars or so, but we have a nice experience overall.

la colazione e molto limitata nella scelta. il letto molto basso e abbastanza scomodo. dalla finestra entra luce. molti canali della tv si vedono a quadroni o non si vedono affatto. in bagno amenity kit ultra limitato.

Habe praktisch dort nur geschlafen und das sehr gut. Leider hat es 24 S td. geregnet und somit war in der Stadt nichts los. Es gibt aber zwei drei gute Restaurants.
