"Dirty, run down, woefully cramped. Booked the loft room and it was noisy (walls are so thin that we heard snoring as if the neighbour was sleeping in our room), rattling sound from air on all night and day and when we asked for replacement room, they kept promising us a new room but we weren’t given one. Wouldn’t recommend. Far away from everything and taxis couldn’t find it day after day. "

"This is a classic-style hotel—not modern, but very well maintained and not run-down. The location is very convenient, just one block away from Nanjing Street, with a convenience store right across the street. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated the bathtub and the many elevators, so there was no long wait to go up to the room or down to the lobby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it."

Stayed in a Club Room this time and loved the staff and the amenities. Special thanks to AnnaLisa in the Club Lounge for exceptional service! Also managed to get to the spa/pool area and was v impressed. Would love to return!"
