9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,284 reviews)
The drain in my sink was blocked so the water took forever to go down. Toilet had skid marks in it… really disgusting. Tried calling reception from the room phone a few times but the line just kept ringing and no one would answer so gave up. Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly.
