"I’m always nervous about booking a new place online but since over 2000 people gave this resort an excellent rating, I booked it. I am happy to report that they were right! The resort was well maintained inside and outside. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Rooms were clean, well equipped and our ocean view was stunning. Access to the beach was an easy 1 minute walk and there were plenty of beach umbrellas and chaises. I highly recommend this resort. "

"The house was perfect for our large group to enjoy comfortably. The garden is a beautiful oasis and pool was perfect for cooling off or swimming. Emily helped us settle in and shared excellent tips of places for us to enjoy the island. We could not have asked for a more hospitable host. "

"Our trip last week to Turks was with 6 couples and the house fit all our needs.Kitchen was well stocked which was great since we cooked a few meals.The pool and outdoor areas were great to relax at. The kayaks and paddles board were nice to have and used by all. Judy was very pleasant and responded to any questions or concerns we had.We did book an afternoon on the boat they have and there were a few issues which was a bummer but we made the best of it, the owner did offered us a discounted rate that we appreciated. Overall a great stay and if we revisit TC we will inquire again!"

"Had the best couple days at Caicos Beach Villa. Regine was awesome so super friendly, Jessica the owner seemed like a genuinely nice person and was quick to offer suggestions or answer my questions. The beach was spectacular, the house was amazing, & North and middle Caicos just blew my mind. We saw turtles every day, a couple stingrays, conch, many types of fish. Had the best time with my girlfriend and another couple can’t recommend this place enough. Will def be returning. "
