House was beautiful, great set up for my husband, two kids, and my mom to stay for a long weekend. All the beach stuff you could need. Easy flat walk to the beach! View from the deck is even better than pictured. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again."

"House was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Outdoor shower a plus. Quiet location at end of cul-de-sac. Second refrigerator a bonus…drinks kept cold which was great because our stay was during a heat wave. Beaches and restaurants galore! Chris was very easy to deal with."

"Visited the area for my daughter’s bachelorette party/ weekend away. We decided to rent a car instead of using uber . The travel back and forth to Newport is an easy drive ( 20 minutes). You will travel across two beautiful bridges with a great view . The house had very comfortable beds, updated air conditioning system, spotless and very comfortable. The house is also located in a lovely neighborhood that we walked around every morning. There’s also a nice backyard that’s fenced in with a fire pit and a grill. We also hired a private chef for a dinner at the house. Great communication from owners and easy to get in touch with when we needed too. "

"The first and lasting impression of this B&B style 3rd floor suite was the attention to detail, decor, comfort AND beautiful spacial design. Nothing was missing for comfort nor convenience. Our generous and outgoing hosts greeted us with warmth and oodles of information to ensure a pleasant stay.Our suite not only had a big beautiful and comfy king sized bed adjacent to a gorgeous bathroom with large tub and shower, but a sitting room with love seat and cushioned chair which doubled as a little "breakfast room",stocked with snacks, breakfast cereals, tea and coffee plus TWO glass covered cake pedestals sporting a whole variety of delicious baked goods by our hostess, a professional baker. With a small refrigerator, microwave, and a lovely cabinet lovingly stocked with glassware, dishes and cutlery everything was available for any meal you chose to eat in your suite. As someone from the hospitality industry myself (and being a professional pastry chef I recognize good pastry when I see and taste it)you could not land in a more lovely nor enjoyable space nor have such friendly and accommodating hosts. Needless to say, before the end of our three night stay we felt like close friends to these two wonderful people who are most gracious and enjoyable people to know. We thank Connie and Frank, the hosts, for making this visit to Jamestown such a memorable one for us. You'll want to stay here, too!"

"Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend! "
