"Location, Location, Location!The location right on the water is absolutely spectacular, and the house itself is beautiful. One of the best things is simply sitting outside by the water in the morning with a cup of coffee and taking in the view. It is peaceful and gorgeous, and the waterfront setting also provides the perfect backdrop for wonderful family photos.The walk down to the beach feels like a little adventure—the kids love scrambling over the rocks to get there. Just be aware that the path would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.One of the best surprises is how incredibly well equipped the house is for the beach. The garage has six beach chairs, two umbrellas, two beach carts to carry everything, tons of beach toys, and really anything you could need. It makes beach days so easy.The location is also incredibly convenient—close to the town beach, the Block Island ferry, restaurants, and everything you could want to do in the area. It is simply a very easy and enjoyable place to stay.The house is clean, neat, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Brian is a wonderful host and very responsive whenever you need him.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!"

"Our stay was outstanding! We would love to return! Among our best family vacations. We spent most of our time outdoors - kayaking, swimming, enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs, dining on the deck. Beautiful views. Great proximity to Jamestown and Newport. Home was equipped with fishing rods, soccer/football/beach/basketballs, frisbees - tons of activities for the kids and grandchildren. Last evening we brought back steamed lobsters from the Lobster Shack in Newport which were the best lobsters we ever had. Perfection."
