Disappointing stay, a few things:
- shower did not drain the water just sits while you're taking a shower
- fan in the bathroom does not work, and have to leave door open as it steams & heats up fast
- door to the bathroom does not lock either
- there were 2 conditioners in the shower & no shampoo (luckily room cleaning cart was outside - I was able to grab them)

I wish I had gotten her name but there is a very nice lady with amazing eyelashes working nights who checked me in and was stellar but saw her a few other times and she was always soooo nice! Please put this in her record for review time and give her whatever she wants (raise, better days...whatever!). Not crazy about the homeless encamptment growing RIGHT NEXT DOOR but there's not againt the hotel just it's growing...
