"hotel was definitely turned into a chain hotel and lost the integrity of what the diplomat used to be. the adult pool was not cleaned daily, staff at the beach were very helpful and accommodating. However, staff at guest/bell services were unpleasant."

"A bit run down, could well do with a major facelift. Breakfast like a 3 star diner at best. Ok to stay for a night or two for business but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Well located right next to the I95 and a bunch of dining options right next door. All the staff was nice and helpful."
